Do you know who invented Pineapple Pizza?
A Canadian named Sam Panopoulos invented pineapple pizza. Unfortunately he died at the age of 83 but leaves behind a legacy which delighted a major chunk of pizza lovers (including me).
Mr Panopoulos immigrated to Canada from Greece in 1954 where he opened several pizza restaurants and soon with legendary pineapple creation, he became famous but with constant debates. Initially people did not like that combination but after sometime it became popular because of sweet and sour combination.

Can we get a GoFundMe for a statue to this cultural hero? Maybe a title from the Queen of England too? https://t.co/Z9MnA8Lzvw
